When can I expect my order?
We aim to have all of our orders dispatched within 2 working days. Our dispatch team work Monday-Friday so all weekend orders will be dispatched the following week.
All international orders have a timeframe of 7-12 business days.
Please Note: The timeframe is based on getting the parcel from New Zealand to your country, time to clear customs is not included as each country varies. This time is entirely dependent on your customs department.
How much does delivery cost?
International delivery cost is $35 NZD.
Please Note: You may need to pay additional customs and taxes for your parcel upon its arrival to your country, these do vary by country. The New Zealand Sock Company is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs. More information about specific custom rates can be found by contacting your local postal service.
What are customs?
Think of customs and VAT (Value Added Tax) as your country's way of taxing you for buying good abroad. Each country calculates these fees and processes these orders differently. We recommend calling your local postal service to enquire about added customs fees and additional time added to your delivery date.
